Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our handmade and one of a kind items, all returns at Pamela’s Cottage will be issued as store credit only for up to 10 days. Our pottery is handmade and is not returnable for cash refunds unless there is an obvious defect. Any pottery returned after the 10 day return period is subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on sale merchandise.
